The River of Flame is located just east of Ashenvale and recieved its name for the river of lava that runs through the caverns. The cavern was recently discovered when an earthquake had forced an opening in the earth allowing explorers access. Reports have returned about the creatures that inhabit the cavern saying they have either crawled out from the depths of the lava itself or have adapted and evolved from years of isolation within the cavern.
